Breaking this down, I'm seeing way too much grain-based stuff (0.7 pounds, dry weight) and barely enough everything else (in a day you'll get about 1/3 cup of legumes and less than a portion of some meat, fish or nuts, plus about a mouthful apiece of a fruit and a veggie).
