Mars is looking more habitable by the week. The latest data from the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter indicates that there is a glacier half a mile thick in the mid-latitudes. HALF A MILE THICK.
I don't know about you, but as far as I'm concerned, I've just lost interest in the "is there enough water" question. Now it's down to questions of where and in what condition.
Hell, yes.
